RPS Communications is happy to announce that from March 9th 2007 all users of it's hosted PBX offer are able to retrieve any voicemails held on the system from any phone by dialing an RPS access number. In addition, based on customer demand, the facility to enable and disable call forwarding for individual extensions has been developed and deployed.
Many customers requested that they need to be able to configure their phones for tasks such as enabling and disabling call forwarding. RPS responded to such demand by developing a simple interface that prompts the caller for their extension number and then the number that they want their calls to be forwarded to, including options to disable.
Coupled with features such as Voicemail-To-Email, Email alerts of new messages and visual alerts on phones allows RPS's customers to remain in full control of their communications even if away from their desks.
