• The facility is easily accessed via an 0845 number that will be forwarded to you upon
  booking.
• Pay-As-You-Go, Daily or Monthly Payment Plans
• Call costs are via an 0845 number which is charged to the caller at 4ppm.
• Booking needs to be no later than 48hrs prior to room requirement in order to relay to
  you the dial in number and user/admin pins.

Booking is done simply via an e-mail to stating the date, time, number of attendees, name of host and your company details.
